2. What we process

For a transfer request we process what is needed to reply: name, phone or email, pickup and destination, date, time, passengers, luggage, flight number and the message itself. Forms do not store data on our server; they open WhatsApp on your device.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Purposes: receiving and planning rides, fare and availability replies, communication, legal duties, technical operation. Bases (GDPR Art. 6): contract or pre-contract (b), legitimate interest (f), legal obligation (c), consent where asked separately (a).

4. WhatsApp, phone, email

Most requests go through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). WhatsApp’s own policy also applies; servers may sit outside the EU. Alternative: phone or email via the contact page.

5. Sharing and retention

We do not sell data. Sharing is limited to communication and hosting providers and authorities where required. We keep data only as long as handling or legal retention requires.

6. Cookies

A notice stores your preference locally. Analytics tags (Google Tag Manager) may load if you accept or if operation requires them.

7. Your rights
