2. Service

Planned rides after WhatsApp, phone or email confirmation. The site is not a street-hail app. No confirmation means no reservation.

3. Details

Minimum: pickup, destination, date, time, passengers, phone. Luggage, child seat, flight number, stop or return in the first message.

4. Fare and payment

No public fare list. The amount follows route, time, passengers and luggage and is stated in the chat. Payment (cash, card) at confirmation or in the car.

5. Duration

No guaranteed travel time. Traffic, weather, borders and airport processes change duration.

6. Waiting and cancellation

A reasonable wait at the agreed minute; all-day waiting only if confirmed extra. Change early in the same chat. Late cancel or no-show may be charged as stated in the confirmation.

7. Duties and liability

Valid travel documents on cross-border rides are the passenger’s duty. Liability under Austrian law and compulsory insurance; limited as allowed for congestion, force majeure or incomplete details. Governing law: Austria.
